The café uses 100% real açaí, fresh fruits and vegetables, locally baked bread, local Anaheim honey and house-made syrups crafted with ingredients such as real lavender, vanilla and honey. Its signature Hawaiian coffee blend features beans grown in Hawaii and roasted in California.
