Rosine’s Mediterranean
For nearly three decades, Rosine’s Mediterranean has been a familiar part of the Anaheim Hills dining scene, welcoming neighbors with flavorful food, family recipes and a warm, comfortable atmosphere.
The story began in 1995, when Executive Chef Rosine Najarian and her son, Hagop, opened a small six-table Middle Eastern restaurant. Rosine brought with her family recipes and culinary traditions from her native Syria and Lebanon, along with a passion for cooking that began long before the restaurant opened its doors.
Today, Rosine’s has grown, but the family spirit behind the restaurant remains at the heart of everything it does. The menu features Lebanese-inspired and Eastern Mediterranean favorites, including hummus, tabbouleh, baba ghannouj, kebabs, shawourma and Rosine’s popular rotisserie chicken served with garlic sauce.
Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, meeting friends for dinner or celebrating with family, there is plenty to explore. The restaurant also offers an extensive wine selection and craft cocktails, making it a great place to settle in and enjoy an evening together.
One of the things that makes Rosine’s special is its connection to the community. It has grown from a tiny six-table restaurant into a longtime Anaheim Hills favorite without losing the sense of family and tradition that started it all.
So, whether you’re already a longtime fan or you’ve never tried Mediterranean cuisine, pull up a chair, grab some garlic spread and discover what generations of diners have enjoyed at Rosine’s.
