For Vittorio Severino, owner of Baci, restaurants have always been about more than serving a meal. Born in Pompeii, Italy, Vittorio developed a love for food and hospitality at an early age. After moving to England at 18 to study English and work in the restaurant business, he continued building his experience and his passion for bringing people together around the table.

That same passion is at the heart of Baci today.

Located in Anaheim, Baci offers a comfortable, welcoming setting where you can enjoy a relaxed dinner with family, catch up with friends, celebrate a special occasion or simply stop in for one of your favorite Italian dishes. With fresh flowers, linen tablecloths and candlelight, the atmosphere feels special without feeling stuffy.

Vittorio is joined in the kitchen by Chef Jose, whose love of cooking began when he was just 16. After studying Italian cuisine and gaining years of experience, Chef Jose eventually crossed paths with Vittorio. What started as a professional relationship grew into a friendship and partnership built around their shared love of Italian food and hospitality.

Together, Vittorio and Chef Jose are proud to serve dishes inspired by the flavors and traditions of Italy, while adding their own personal touch. They believe good food should bring people together, and that every guest who walks through the door should feel comfortable, welcomed and appreciated.
